After-Hours Emergency Service:Your travelers will have access to reservation services after hours and on weekends via a toll-free number if an emergency arises.

JetAlerts: JetAlerts delivers real-time, personalized alerts about flight departures, arrivals, delays, and cancellations to cell phones, pagers, and email accounts.

Poe Ticket Tracker: An automated system tracks and identifies unused tickets and portions of tickets for credit toward future flights, which can save you thousands of dollars on tickets that usually go unclaimed. Note that the airlines do not alert you to these residuals.

Poe Alert: Because of constantly changing non-refundable ticket rules, we have an automated system that alerts our travelers three days before their departure if they are holding a non-refundable ticket that will retain no value if not used or reissued.

Ticket and Invoice Delivery: Unless instructed otherwise, we provide electronic tickets when available, and your traveler and travel coordinator both receive confirmation and itineraries via email or fax. The traveler or travel coordinator can also access each ticket itinerary or invoice on the web.

Online Access: Our travelers have 24/7 access to their existing reservations via Sabre’s web-based tool, Virtually There.

Online Booking Technology

The key to effective travel management is the ability to capture and report on real-time, accurate travel data.
