Poe Travel Planning Services - Fee Sheet
Poe Travel’s mission is to create exceptional travel experiences, and we have been doing just that since 1961. We begin by focusing on your dreams for your trip. We then work with our trusted partners around the world—whether they are on the ground, in the air, or at sea—to make your dream a reality. This planning process will ensure your travel dreams and dollars are handled with the finest attention and care.
Research & Development - from $250
Please note: Service fees are due at the time of booking a consultation and are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Additional hourly rates for planning services will apply and be charged upon final documents' receipt.
Trip Components
Including cruise/tour bookings, transfers, hotels, rental cars, trains, guides, meal reservations, theater tickets, and additional services.
Passport and/or Visa support - from $150 each
Change or cancellation - from $100
Late booking fee* - from $350
*Includes bookings made within 8 weeks of departure
Airline & Rail Tickets
Fees for airline and rail tickets are per ticket and non-refundable
Rail tickets - from $45
Domestic flight issuance or exchange - from $50
International flight issuance or exchange - from $150
Domestic Frequent Flyer free ticket reservation/handling fee - from $250
International Frequent Flyer free ticket reservation/handling fee - from $500
Trip Cancellation
Poe Travel reserves the right to charge up to 15% of the cost of your trip in the event of a cancellation. This will be assessed over and above any airline, supplier, tour company, cruise line, or other vendor penalties.
Please note: An additional 3.79% fee will be added to each credit card transaction. Documents delivery charges will also apply at a rate determined at the time of shipment.
Poe Travel reserves the right to adjust these fees at any time.
