In order to maximize your participation in the Travel Bazaar, you should arrive in good time for an evening event with the Poe Travel team on February 26th. You will need to remain in Little Rock all day on the 27th for the main event and a post-Bazaar cocktail party, departing on the 28th.
Space is limited, so please apply below. You'll find the available tiers listed below as well, so please be sure to note which tier you're interested in.
We will have a block of rooms available for you to book at additional cost at the Capital Hotel in Little Rock. More information will be provided after your participation in the Travel Bazaar has been confirmed.
The deadline to apply is June 30, 2026.

What is the Travel Bazaar?
Poe Travel’s Travel Bazaar is our own mini Virtuoso Travel Week! We bring in 45+ of our favorite hotels and travel partners from around the world for the weekend to meet our clients face-to-face and highlight your fantastic product.
Friday night is a soiree for vendors only to allow for quality time with the Poe Travel team. On Saturday, meet Poe Travel clients all day at your table in Heifer’s Murphy-Keller Center. Throughout the day (morning, lunchtime, and afternoon slots), breakout speakers will give presentations in an adjoining space for RSVPed guests. After our legendary raffle at the end of the day, we will all let our hair down with a cocktail party with clients, the Poe team, and all of our beloved Travel Bazaar vendors alike at the Murphy-Keller Center, finishing around dinnertime. The Travel Bazaar will give you direct access to hundreds of well-traveled clients who call on Poe Travel for all travel planning needs.
