We’re Still Thankful at Poe Travel

Despite 2020 being a year unlike any other, we still have lots to be thankful for here at Poe Travel.

Poe Travel has been around for a long time—just shy of 60 years, to be precise. In all those years, we have seen fantastic times and not-so-fantastic times, but perhaps no year has ever presented the challenges that 2020 has brought us, and we know we are far from alone in that sentiment. This year has brought unprecedented challenges to the travel industry as a whole and, in fact, to most industries around the world.

Still, we have found we have plenty to be thankful for. We’re thankful to be healthy and still operating. In a year of cancellations and reschedulings, we are so happy that we still have our loyal clients. Throughout the year, several of them have taken the time to send us messages of encouragement and thanks that have spurred us on when things looked most bleak, and we are thankful for all those kind words. For those of you that don’t know Poe Travel well yet, perhaps some of these kind words will give you a sense of who we are and what we’re about.
