60 Days Around the World with Butterfield & Robinson
Celebrating 60 years, the masters of active luxury travel, Butterfield & Robinson, have put together six journeys spanning just over 60 days—an idea that has won them a Skift Industry Innovators Award.

This multi-leg journey with Butterfield & Robinson spans six culturally rich regions: Mexico, Vietnam, India’s Rajasthan, Morocco, Türkiye, and France’s Burgundy. Each region has been designed to be experienced on its own, but you can also combine legs of the trip or even join B&R for the full 62-day journey.
This seamless (and ambitious!) journey across five continents was borne out of fine-tuned planning, a focus on active travel and cycling, curated accommodations, and commitment to B&R’s core values: local immersion, authentic connections, and creative logistics.
Along the way, you might find yourself savoring a home-cooked meal in Mexico, resting your head in a centuries-old palace in India, or learning B&R’s own story in France. Sustainability is at the fore, both in their partnerships with conservation-focused lodges and in local visits supported by B&R’s Slow Fund. This collection of low-impact travel itineraries will resonate with conscious travelers interested in human-centered travel experiences.
Here's a brief rundown of each itinerary. Contact your Poe Travel advisor for full itinerary details and availability.
1. Markets to Coast in Oaxaca, Mexico
March 21-27, 2026 | 7 Days, 6 Nights
Oaxaca might be Mexico’s tastiest secret, with its mezcal trails, ancient ruins, and knock-your-socks-off mole. On this journey, pedal past cypress trees, hike between Zapotec villages, and explore markets, hidden canyons, and the sun-soaked Pacific Coast. With boutique stays and fiesta-loving locals, this adventure serves up Mexico’s soul.
2. Cycling Cambodia & Vietnam: Mekong to Hoi An
March 31-April 6, 2026 | 7 Days, 6 Nights
From the Mekong’s floating markets to Hoi An’s lantern-lit charm, this is Vietnam at its most vibrant. Cycle past silk-weaving villages, feast on street food from your vintage Vespa, and cook with local masters. This itinerary is replete with riverboat luxury, market breakfasts, and countryside rides that put postcards to shame.
3. The Blue City & Beyond: A Journey Through Rajasthan
April 10-18, 2026 | 9 Days, 8 Nights
Forever one of our favorite destinations, India is a sensory overload in the best way. On this curated journey, zipline Jodhpur’s blue skies, cycle hidden Rajasthan roads, and track leopards through Jawai’s hills by Jeep. From candlelit forts and spice-scented kitchens to sunrise safaris and secret dinners, this is India served with a side of wonder.
4. Atlas to Atlantic: A Grand Moroccan Adventure
April 23-30, 2026 | 8 Days, 7 Nights
Take in Morocco at its most memorable by hiking the Atlas foothills, lunching with Amazigh locals, and trading stories in remote villages. Cruise the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, watch a Sahara sunset by camel, and toast it all with a private charter finale to Casablanca.
5. Ancient Türkiye: Cappadocia to Coast
May 2-12, 2026 | 11 Days, 10 Nights
Discover Türkiye, where history, adventure, and indulgence collide. Wander Istanbul’s bazaars, balloon over Cappadocia’s fairy chimneys, and pedal past Lycian ruins along the shimmering Aegean coast. From private yacht swims to temple-side sunset feasts, this is Türkiye with a dash of luxury, a splash of culture, and endless reasons to toast.
6. A Grand Cru Soirée Through B&R's Burgundy
May 15-21, 2026 | 7 Days, 6 Nights
This epic series of journeys ends where it all began for B&R: in Burgundy, their second home (and first true love). All the stops have been pulled out—from scenic rides over vine-covered hills to exclusive sips of rare vintages and meals befitting Burgundian royalty. Cycle through picture-perfect villages, picnic in vineyards, and barrel-taste at exclusive domaines. With château stays, cellar secrets, and lots of surprises, this is B&R’s pièce de résistance.
